At the Town Hall we’ll be discussing and making suggestions for improvements based on the results of the Tri-Annual Engagement Survey. This is a pulse survey that is conducted every three years to measure policy covered staff’s involvement with, commitment to, and satisfaction with work. The survey results for UC San Diego will be available on our website later this week. Highlights of the survey results can be found here.
The Town Hall will be an exciting opportunity to meet the Staff Association Leadership, learn about upcoming events, get involved, and contribute your ideas to making our workplace even better.
