The UC San Diego Staff Association’s Elections Committee is excited to announce that we are now accepting nominations for the 2022-24 Term Staff Association Executive Board (SAEB)!
We are looking for nine (9) motivated individuals to take on the following functional-based positions and help continue the mission of the UC San Diego Staff Association.
- Assessment Chair
- Basic Needs Chair
- Campus Community Relations Chair
- Inclusion Chair
- Outreach & Engagement Chair
- Special Projects & Campus Collaboration Chair
- Social & Networking Events Chair
- Staff Recognition Chair
- Wellness Chair

Nomination Process
If you, or someone you know, would like to serve on the Staff Association Executive Board, please fill out this nomination form.
The Nomination Form requires the following information:
- Nominee’s name and contact information (phone/email)
- Nominee’s job title and department
- Your name and contact information (if different from the nominee)
- Functional-based position the nomination is for
- A description of the Nominee’s UC San Diego experience, volunteer activities, and a brief statement about their desire to serve on the Board.
The deadline to submit nominations is Wednesday, May 25. Elections will be held June 1-10.
More Information
The UC San Diego Staff Association is a service organization. Executive Board members are expected to attend the monthly Executive Board meetings and participate in the various events sponsored by the Staff Association, such as such as the monthly Triton Treats, Summer Celebration, and Celebrate the Night. Monthly meetings are currently held on the second Monday of each month from 11:30 am – 1:00 pm.
