The UC San Diego Staff Association offers a variety of opportunities for you to engage with your colleagues. Whether you serve on a committee, volunteer at an event, or take on a leadership role, you can expand your network and develop professionally.

Staff Association Executive Board (SAEB)

The executive board is the leadership of the Staff Association. Board members include committee chairs, who are elected by Staff Association members, affiliate group representatives, who are appointed by their respective group, and officers who are elected by the board. Annual elections are held in spring.

Staff Association Committees

Any staff member can join the Staff Association Committees. To express interest, please contact a committee Chair or staffassociation@ucsd.edu.

Staff Association - Affiliate Groups

Staff Affiliate Groups create community by promoting particular interests and overall well-being of UC San Diego staff through events, programs, and collaboration.

Campuswide Committees

A number of campuswide committees include a staff representative who serves on the committee and provides input from a staff perspective. If you are interested in representing the Staff Association, email staffassociation@ucsd.edu.
